Sonics monster hunters part 3

As Amy came to she looked around. She had washed up on a bank not far from the waterfall which she fell off. She also noticed that she soaked to the skin. However, despite the humidity off the jungle she got a sudden chill. As she stood there2 figures burst from the trees. One of them was a deep red hedgehog wearing a long cloak and holding a blade in one hand and rifle in the other. The other figure was a black panther with black dragon’s wings and wearing a purple dress with joined trousers. She had a diamond shaped jewel around her neck, a small blade strapped over a rifle on her back and a pair of sharp claws. They stood panting. Then Amy realized she knew one of them one of them.

Amy: mav?
Maverick: Amy? What are you doing here?
Amy: long story. Who’s this?
Mav: we don’t have time for this but. Amy this is Reya, my partner. Reya this Amy, an old friend of mine. Look more details later for now GET DOWN!
He pushed both of them to the ground as a huge fire ball burst from the trees and hit mav. As the flames died down he was still standing there.
Maverick: man that packs a punch. Still my turn.
He pointed his rifle in the direction of the fireball. An even bigger fireball erupted from it and sent what ever threw the fist one running off. He turned to Amy.

Maverick: why are you out here all alone?
Amy explained how they had taken on the kut-ku.
Maverick: a fool’s errand. Still they might be up there now looking for you. Reya can you take her up there?
Reya: sure. See you up there.

Soon they were all at the top of the fall looking at the dead kut-ku
Reya: dead before it hit the ground. It’s been fried.
Maverick: oh well. Still on less problem for us. Let’s head to town.

After a while they came to Sonics house. Amy went inside while Reya went to get supplies and mav headed out to find rumours and info. As Amy walked in she found sonic asleep on the bed and ice and cream sitting around. After all the “you’re alives” and the “we were so worried” sonic woke up. The pair gave each other a really big kiss. Soon Reya walked back in. after that maverick came back with a worried look.
Maverick: you need to see this.

As they all walked outside they found the whole village full of ioprey.
Maverick: come on Reya we have a job to do.
Sonic: so have we.
